Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue. The role operates in a hybrid environment, combining field and office activities.

You will manage relationships, prospect new accounts, plan strategically, and leverage product knowledge to meet sales goals. Comprehensive compensation includes base salary with bonuses, plus benefits and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet customers and attend meetings while maintaining required insurance
• BYOD policy requires using a personal device in compliance with company policy
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review prior to signing

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach new potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value; highlight American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas via company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
