Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a Hybrid role. You will engage existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue within a defined territory.

In this role you will build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in training programs to achieve sales goals. The position offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the assigned region and meet insurance requirements.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device policy is required.
• Employment Agreement documents will be provided for review before signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate new business by contacting potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and prioritise growth opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and explain value; emphasize American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
