• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality, noting American-made focus.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas following established sales programs and trainings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
