Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a designated territory.

The role offers uncapped commission earnings with first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, along with a benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory to customer locations.
• BYOD policy adherence and use of personal device.
• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement and/or revisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory to understand needs and opportunities.
• Prospect new business and grow the book of customers through effective cold calling and relationship building.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to optimize territory growth and efficiency.
• Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting value and quality of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities in company systems and report cost-savings to customers.
