Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role to engage existing and new customers within a designated territory, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue.

This position offers uncapped commissions and a first-year plan of $55,000–$95,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within territory to customer sites and meetings.
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device.
• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement and updates.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the designated territory to identify opportunities and support needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach new potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to optimize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate product value and quality to customers, emphasizing American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales records in company systems.
