Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role based in San Diego. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue through a structured sales process.

You will manage relationships, prospect new business, plan effectively, and demonstrate our American-made products. The position offers uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package including health, retirement, and deferred compensation; mileage and cell phone reimbursement are

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the assigned territory and meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to stand for long periods and travel as needed within the territory.
• Use of personal electronic device in compliance with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits provided to the associate.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate new business through outbound calls to potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value to customers with a focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through the company’s sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
