Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue across a defined territory. You will travel within the territory as needed and participate in training workshops to learn our approach.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cold calling and prospecting, planning and priority setting, product knowledge, and achieving sales goals with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate or travel within assigned territory; maintain required insurance.
• BYOD-compatible personal device policy compliance.
• Ability to review and sign Employment Agreement exhibits before start.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships within a defined territory to identify opportunities.
• Perform cold calls and prospect new business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through training programs.
