Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in San Diego, CA. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue for the territory.

The position offers uncapped commission earnings, with first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus a salary and bonus structure. Mileage/cell-phone reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 3 hours) and travel to meetings.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal devices.
• Signed Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold calling potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly visits to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate value of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records in company systems and report cost-savings to customers.
