Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue.

In this role you will manage relationships in your territory, conduct prospecting, plan weekly activities, demonstrate products, and strive to meet or exceed sales quotas. First-year compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 plus benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifikationen

• The ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area while carrying required insurance.
• Use of personal electronic device in compliance with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review prior to execution.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business and expand into new territories.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality, highlighting American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas by following sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems and report cost-savings insights to customers.
