Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to customers to show value and quality, with emphasis on American-made offerings.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas by following approved sales programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
