Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate revenue in a hybrid role. In this position you will manage a designated territory in the United States, move between customer sites, and leverage an uncapped commission structure with a first-year earnings target of $55,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within a designated territory.
• Willingness to travel within assigned area.
• Ability to input and maintain records in internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
