Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in the United States. You will manage relationships with customers in your designated territory, promote products, and drive revenue growth.

The position offers uncapped commissions and a first-year compensation plan of 55,000–95,000 USD, plus medical, dental, life and 401(k) benefits. You will prospect new business, plan weekly routes, demonstrate products, and work toward double-digit annual growth targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within designated territory and attend meetings as required.
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers in the assigned territory to understand needs and opportunities.
• Proactively prospect new customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly activities to optimize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and explain value to customers, highlighting American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
