Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue. You will cultivate relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and drive territory growth.

The compensation includes uncapped commissions with first-year earnings ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area.
• BYOD device usage compliant with company policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in the territory to identify needs and opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and American-made focus.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
