Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a Hybrid role to engage existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue. The position emphasizes relationship-building, prospecting, and strategic planning within a designated territory in the United States.

Compensation includes uncapped commissions with first-year earnings projected between $55,000 and $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage.
• BYOD policy compliance for use of personal devices.
• Willingness to execute an Employment Agreement and any amendments provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Schedule weekly activities to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Present and demonstrate products to illustrate value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Log daily sales activities in company systems.
