Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue.

This role offers uncapped commissions, with first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy for personal devices.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review prior to signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business within the territory.
• Planning and priority setting: plan weekly activities to drive territory growth.
• Product knowledge: demonstrate products to show value and quality of offerings.
• Achieve sales goals: meet or exceed quotas using company processes and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
