Kimball Midwest in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role, engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products, and generating revenue.

The position offers uncapped commissions, a first-year compensation plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000 with a salary and bonus structure, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated territory and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Use of a personal electronic device in compliance with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and any revised Exhibits provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality, highlighting American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas by following established sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales activities in the company systems.
