Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within the territory.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s) prior to or at signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business by contacting potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly stops to prioritize growth and territory expansion.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products, emphasizing American-made quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily activities in company systems.
