Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a designated territory.

The position offers uncapped commissions, a first-year compensation range of $55,000–$95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance and a 401(k) with a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within designated territory to meet customers.
• Own device in compliance with BYOD policy.
• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement and exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in the territory to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to customers and highlight American-made options.
