Job summary

Kimball Midwest in Channelview, TX is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role to engage current and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a defined territory.

You will build relationships, prospect new business, plan weekly routes, and demonstrate our American-made products. The position features uncapped commissions and an initial $55,000–$95,000 target, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device policy using personal electronic devices.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Exhibit(s) prior to or at signing.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory and identify areas of opportunity.
• Prospect new customers and grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to customers and communicate value of American-made goods.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas via company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the company systems.
