Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customers and meeting locations within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Compliance with BYOD policy when using personal devices.
• Execution of Employment Agreement and any revised exhibits provided before signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated Texas territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value, with emphasis on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using our training and established programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales activity in company systems.
