Innova Solutions is hiring a Customer Order Admin in Cedar Rapids, IA. This contract role supports the Intertrade Sales Team with order entry, processing, and customer liaison duties, ensuring orders are captured accurately and progressed through pricing, shipping, and invoicing.

The position offers hybrid work after a 2-month onsite training, typical M-F hours, and requires W-2 employment. Opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Order Admin is a support role for the Intertrade Sales Team.
• Order administration and entry for sales orders and related activities.
• Adheres to Global Trade processes and license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee sales orders against established requirements.
• Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, credits, and purchase requests.
• Process additional administrative tasks related to sale/credit of material.
• Interact with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing.
• Communicate with customers to resolve transactional issues.
• Manage generic sales support email inbox and routing.
• Ensure orders are processed as received and customer requests are completed.
• Adhere to Global Trade policies and DOC/DOS license requirements.
