Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in; ensure accurate entry and follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing within authorized parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Coordinate with inventory and purchasing to meet customer requirements and expedite orders.
• Direct shipping methods, returns, and exceptions to optimize cost and service levels.
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Handle complex inquiries, quotes, and order entry with accuracy.
