Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Customer Order Admin in Cedar Rapids, IA for a 12-month contract, hybrid work schedule, to support the Intertrade Sales Team as the primary customer contact for all sales orders and related admin tasks.

You will oversee sales orders, process exchanges, credits, and purchase requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure orders are shipped and invoiced according to Intertrade and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales order entry and order administration.
• Familiar with Global Trade processes and license requirements.
• Ability to interact with multiple internal teams (sales, finance, product, repairs).

Responsibilities

• Creation and oversight of sales orders against established requirements.
• Facilitate & monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, & purchase requests.
• Process additional administrative tasks relating to sale/credit of material.
• Interact with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing.
• Communicate with internal and external customers for transactional resolution.
• Manage general sales support email inbox and route inquiries to owners.
• Ensure orders are processed as received and customer requests are completed.
• Adhere to Global Trade and license requirements for exports.
• Contribute to development and implementation of cross-department procedures.
