Responsibilities

• Create and oversee sales orders against established requirements.
• Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests.
• Process administrative tasks related to sale/credit of material.
• Interact with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing as needed.
• Communicate with customers for transactional resolutions.
• Manage general sales support inbox routing to account owners.
• Ensure orders are processed as received and customer requests are completed.
• Adhere to Global Trade policies for exports.
• Comply with DOC/DOS license requirements for exports.
