Sartorius is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team, process orders, generate reports, and coordinate across finance and logistics. Hybrid role with 3 days in Ann Arbor, MI or Bohemia, NY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
• 2+ years of work experience in customer service or order processing.
• Reporting skills and attention to detail.
• Service-oriented and; understands product/service portfolio.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Desirable: knowledge of early-stage drug development, large molecules and biosimilars.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process client orders, invoices and delivery documents accurately and on time.
• Generate reports and maintain records across departments.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams on order status and exceptions.
• Support tender management and price/contract documentation.
• Develop CRM and SAP-based analytical reports and tools.
