Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is hiring a Sales & Business Development Associate for a hybrid role requiring weekly office presence in the U.S. You will support sales and marketing initiatives and help ensure campaigns, materials and events are well-executed to drive growth.

You will report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, Tax & Accounting North America, and perform a range of tasks from content creation to lead generation and CRM maintenance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• 1+ years in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Nice to have: 6+ months experience with software/SaaS solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
