Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to support marketing initiatives and sales growth. You will handle lead generation, proposals, and CRM updates while coordinating events and campaigns.

You will report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, Tax & Accounting North America. Prior sales experience and strong communication skills are valued in this hybrid, US-based role with weekly office expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Experience with software/SaaS solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results
• Organize and maintain sales records and customer databases
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
• Coordinate sales events, workshops and webinars; track effectiveness
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
• Respond to customer inquiries and support ongoing needs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
