Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to support marketing and sales initiatives from a hybrid office location in the US. You will help create materials, manage leads, and analyze campaigns to drive growth.

You will report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives. Prior SaaS exposure and strong communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or 2+ years sales experience.
• 1+ year in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Experience with software/SaaS solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
