Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking aSales & Business Development Associate to support marketing and sales initiatives. You will develop materials, run campaigns, maintain sales records, and analyze performance to drive growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in sales, 1+ year in similar roles, and experience with software/SaaS is a plus. This hybrid position includes weekly office presence and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or 2+ years in sales/business development.
• 1+ year experience in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Demonstrated track record of success in a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
