Job summary

The role focuses on accurate commission calculations, timely payouts, and data integrity across incentive plans. You will analyze quotas and territory alignment, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to improve compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with incentive compensation software and data analysis.
• Familiarity with incentive plans design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Calculates and processes sales commissions in line with plan documents and ensures timely payouts.
• Maintains accurate compensation records and resolves data discrepancies.
• Analyzes sales data, quotas, and territory alignment to evaluate plan effectiveness.
• Develops dashboards and reports to monitor compensation outcomes and plan performance.
• Provides data support for governance meetings and supports annual planning cycles.
