Job summary

Zones is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in sales compensation analytics. The role combines finance, data analysis, and program administration to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive plans and bonuses.

You will translate compensation data into actionable insights, build forecasting models, and partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal to design and govern plans. The position is hybrid, based in Dallas, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or related analytical field.
• Experience supporting complex sales compensation programs across multiple plans and regions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation plan performance analysis, scenario modeling, and effectiveness reviews for leadership.
• Develop models to forecast incentive expense and evaluate plan options.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations explaining results.
• Audit, maintain, and refresh compensation databases and systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal on plan design and implementation.
