Job summary

AssetMark in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Intelligence Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights. You will develop reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting to improve decision-making and sales effectiveness across product, commercial, and finance teams.

This hybrid role combines analytical rigor with business storytelling, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, and Sales Ops to answer key questions and guide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards, forecasting tools, pipeline reporting, or similar analytics.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across teams, channels, advisors, programs, and initiatives to identify trends and drivers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasting tools, pipeline reporting, activity reporting, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
• Support sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and recurring business reviews for timely visibility.
• Create targeted analyses supporting leadership reporting and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, Sales Ops to translate questions into analytics.
