Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of experience in compensation and market evaluations.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, policies and FLSA.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
- Experience with job analysis, salary structures and policy documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal to deliver compensation initiatives.
- Benchmark jobs against market data to determine competitiveness.
- Prepare job analyses, compensation summaries, and policy documentation.
- Provide guidance on state and federal compensation regulations.
- Lead data collection, ROI analyses, and program implementation.
- Respond to compensation requests via ServiceNow within SLA.
