Job summary

Zones LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst focused on sales compensation analytics to support incentive programs and governance. You will translate compensation data into actionable insights for Sales, Finance and leadership, building models and dashboards to forecast expense and payout outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in financial/FP&A analytics with strong Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills. Hybrid role with in-office days in Auburn, WA and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, incentive compensation, FP&A, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting complex sales compensation programs across multiple plans or regions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Pivot, data validation and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation plan performance analysis, scenario modeling, and governance reviews for senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to forecast incentive expense and evaluate plan alternatives.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to explain compensation results and trends.
• Maintain accurate commission and bonus calculations and validate source data.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal to design and evaluate plans.
