Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Financial Support to deliver consolidated financial analytics for senior management and the Board. The role partners with business leaders to drive results, support budgeting, and develop decision-support tools.

You will influence monthly procurement reporting, contribute to annual budgeting, and manage strategic finance projects while maintaining strict confidentiality in a hybrid Phoenix office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related office tools.
• Ability to present complex analyses to senior management.
• Hybrid work: onsite in Phoenix, AZ most days; 1 remote day per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business leaders to articulate and monitor financial goals.
• Provide financial analysis and support for monthly procurement and Board meetings.
• Develop metrics and tools to facilitate accountability and reporting.
• Support annual budget development and long-term financial targets.
• Manage special finance projects and ensure confidentiality.
