Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate for a hybrid US-based role. You will support our sales and marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and help grow the customer base from a central office. You will report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development.

The role involves creating materials, tracking KPIs, and coordinating events. Suitable for candidates with 1+ years in sales or business development and a business degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; OR 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience
• 1+ years’ experience in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role
• Demonstrated track record of success in a comparable sales role
• Nice to have: 6+ months experience with software/SaaS solutions or other digital/technical products

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
