Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is hiring a Sales & Business Development Associate. This hybrid role supports our sales and marketing initiatives, develops materials, leads campaigns, and maintains databases to ensure aligned efforts with the Manager, Sales & Business Development.

You will also assist in proposals, track KPIs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth. A degree or 2+ years' experience in sales is required, with SaaS familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (or 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience).
• 1+ years’ experience in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Demonstrated track record of success in a similar sales/business development role.
• Nice to have: 6+ months experience working with software/SaaS solutions or other relevant digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
