Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America seeks a Sales & Business Development Associate for a hybrid US-based role. You will support sales and marketing initiatives, develop materials, manage campaigns, and help generate leads to drive growth.

You will report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, Tax & Accounting North America, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans and measure KPIs. Hybrid schedule required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 1+ years in sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Proven track record of success in a comparable role.
• 6+ months experience with software/SaaS products preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, project coordination, CRM and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
