Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America seeks a Sales & Business Development Associate to support sales initiatives and drive growth. You will handle operational tasks, create marketing materials, and coordinate campaigns, reports, and databases to align with company goals.

The role reports to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, and requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams across marketing and sales functions. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or finance.
• Minimum 1 year in a sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Proven track record in sales or business development.

Aufgaben

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
