Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role. A two-year training program will develop sales experience, product knowledge, and skills to advance to a sales representative position.

The role includes relationship management, cold calling, planning, product demonstrations, and achieving sales goals within a designated territory. Compensation includes a structured first-year plan with a base salary and an incentive component.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the assigned geographic area and meet insurance requirements.
• BYOD use stated in policy.
• Employment agreement reviewed prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in a designated territory and identify opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to grow a book of business in the territory.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using company sales programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
