Qualifications

• Complete two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory and understand their business needs.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Efficiently plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality of our products, investing in American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings and servicing outcomes to customers.
