Odoo S.A. is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across North America from Brisbane, CA in a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will position Odoo’s open-source ERP SaaS to help businesses streamline operations, covering ERP, CRM, projects, and more.

You’ll analyze prospect operations to tailor demonstrations, engage with SMEs, and drive adoption. The role emphasizes delivering value across software verticals and achieving revenue targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years in a B2B sales role
• Understanding of business operations
• Knowledge of software providers in different verticals
• Strong communication and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to drive growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions
• Manage full sales cycle: inbound discovery to close and post-sale upsell
• Act as a solution engineer to tailor Odoo implementations for demos
• Sell across diverse SaaS offerings to North American industries
• Identify and implement improvements to the sales process
• Participate in team reviews and share best practices
• Hit revenue targets in a quota carrying role
