Job summary

Odoo is seeking an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle, tailoring Odoo's open-source ERP to client operations. This hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) is based in Brisbane, CA and requires the ability to engage across multiple industries.

You will build product knowledge, work with cross-functional teams, and close deals while pursuing growth in our SaaS solutions and strategic partnerships. Fluency in French is strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a SaaS sales role.
• Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Understanding of business operations and software provider landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Results-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker with strategic mindset.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycle from inbound to close and post-sale upsell.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to grow adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
• Analyze prospects' business operations to tailor Odoo implementations.
• Present Odoo's integrated applications across various industries.
• Continuously improve the sales process and share best practices.
• Participate in team reviews and report on progress.
• Hit quota carrying targets.
