Job summary

Eightfold is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to lead and scale our global RFP and proposal function. This is a player-coach role for someone who is equally at home delivering a critical RFP and building processes, content, and capabilities to empower the broader team.

You will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, and other teams to craft accurate, differentiated responses. Hybrid work is available in multiple offices globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RFP responses and proposals for enterprise customers.
• Collaborative, commercially minded, organized and deadline-driven.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Legal, Finance and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP process end-to-end from intake to post-RFP learnings.
• Lead strategic and complex RFPs as a player-coach and mentor others.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting to understand customers and strategy.
• Build relationships across Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Engineering and SMEs.
• Create a scalable library of approved RFP content and evidence.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve speed and quality.
• Establish processes and metrics to improve turnaround time and win rates.
• Coach stakeholders on RFP best practices and raise proposal quality.
• Shape the future RFP function as the business grows, including processes and tech.
