Job summary

NAVEX is seeking an experienced RFP Manager in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead end-to-end RFPs, security questionnaires, and information requests, coordinating across Sales, Product, Legal, Security, and Compliance to win more business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal management or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools to improve processes.
• Experience with RFx platforms such as RFPIO, Loopio, or Qvidian.
• Ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests.
• Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Product, Legal, Security, and Customer Success.
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies to reduce manual effort and accelerate development.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Evaluate and optimize AI and proposal management solutions to improve productivity.
• Maintain and improve the proposal content library for accuracy and reusability.
• Track proposal performance metrics and drive improvements.
