Job summary

NAVEX Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced RFP Manager in a hybrid United States role.

You will drive end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, coordinating across Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to automate repetitive tasks, optimize content reuse, and elevate proposal quality, with a focus on scalable processes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal management, RFP ops, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of assigned RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests from intake through submission
• Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure high-quality submissions
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation tools to reduce manual effort, accelerate response development, and improve response quality
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize emerging AI and proposal management solutions to improve team productivity and scalability
• Own and continuously improve the proposal content library, ensuring content is accurate, reusable, searchable, and aligned with current product capabilities and messaging
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering to maintain high-value response content and competitive positioning
• Develop processes that maximize content reuse and minimize unnecessary SME engagement
• Track and analyze proposal performance metrics including win rates, turnaround times, content utilization, SME effort, and response quality
• Use data and AI-driven insights to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and improve proposal outcomes
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) for proposal development and cross-functional stakeholder support
• Ensure all submissions meet customer requirements, compliance standards, and company quality expectations
• Identify risks, gaps, and resource constraints early and proactively drive resolution
