Job summary

NAVEX is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to drive end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires across a global business. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality submissions supported by AI and automation.

The role emphasizes owning the content library, improving processes, and using data-driven insights to boost efficiency and win rates in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP operations, sales operations, revenue operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve processes.
• Experience with proposal management platforms such as RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Strong process improvement mindset with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, security questionnaires, and information requests from intake through submission.
• Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans for quality submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success.
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation to reduce manual effort and improve quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and reduce non-value-added activities.
• Establish and monitor SLAs for proposal development and cross-functional support.
• Ensure submissions meet customer requirements, compliance standards, and NAVEX quality expectations.
