Job summary

DoorDash is looking for an Account Executive to join the Regional Sales team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting local and regional SMB restaurants and merchants.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with some in-office and some remote work, and travel is required for training and collaboration. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of outbound sales experience, a track record in fast cycles, strong cold outreach skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience with fast-paced, short sales cycles (closing deals in a few days).
• Proven success in high-volume outreach environments.
• Strong cold outreach experience and ability to handle objections.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Interest in a long-term sales career with potential to advance to field/strategic sales.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality (bonus).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Engage with prospects through high-volume outbound calls and creative outreach.
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads by initiating merchant conversations.
• Travel as needed for in-person collaboration, training, and events.
