Job summary

Zoom is seeking a results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead account-based programs in the USA. You will orchestrate tiered ABM efforts across strategic accounts, clusters, and scaled programs, partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

This hybrid role prioritizes regional calendars, budget stewardship, and measurement of pipeline per dollar. You’ll collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales Development to ensure disciplined follow-up and accurate attribution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or ABM marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience running multi-tier ABM programs (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many).
• Ability to measure pipeline efficiency and ROI.
• Experience budgeting regional marketing programs.
• Collaborate across Sales and Revenue teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally in USA.

Responsibilities

• Executing tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts, account clusters, and broader market segments
• Building and managing regional field calendars in partnership with Sales and Sales Development leadership, tailored to account priority and deal stage
• Owning pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting performance against demand channel standards
• Managing regional field and events budget, optimizing for pipeline efficiency and return on investment
• Partnering with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure coordinated follow-up and attribution across all account tiers
