Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience executing one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many ABM programs.
• Demonstrated pipeline efficiency and contribution with metrics.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and report pipeline performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation to align field programs with revenue goals.
• Present performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, HR tech, employee experience or adjacent categories.
• Willingness to travel regionally within the USA.

Responsibilities

• Execute tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts, account clusters, and broader market segments.
• Build and manage regional field calendars in partnership with Sales and Sales Development leadership, tailored to account priority and deal stage.
• Own pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting performance against demand channel standards.
• Manage regional field and events budget, optimizing for pipeline efficiency and return on investment.
• Partner with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure coordinated follow-up and attribution across all account tiers.
